Set on 1,200 wooded acres in Douglasville, Georgia, the 25,000-square-foot mass timber destination spans a living creek and brings precision diagnostics, personalized nutrition, aesthetics, culinary medicine, and daily practice under one roof
DOUGLASVILLE, Ga., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- In a forest west of Atlanta, where the green is lit by flecks of golden sunlight, a bridge of timber and glass now crosses a quiet creek and carries whoever crosses it into a new idea about health. Nutrition Nest, the first sanctuary of Preserve Life, is open on a wooded 1,200-acre estate in Douglasville, Georgia, making it one of the largest holistic health, performance, and longevity sanctuaries of its kind in the world. Within these 25,000 square feet, precision diagnostics, personalized nutrition, aesthetics, culinary medicine, and education are woven into a single practice. People grew from nature, and here they return to it to realize their fullest potential. Corporate and individual members take an in-depth look at their own biology, the canvas on which a personalized Blueprint for longevity and vitality is drawn.

The philosophy is three words long: Measure. Design. Practice. Membership begins with bloodwork, biomarkers, genetics, a clinical assessment, and personal history. From those findings comes an individualized protocol, from food and therapies to the daily habits members carry home, so that what is learned on the estate keeps working long after the visit ends.
"We want Nutrition Nest to feel unlike anywhere people have experienced healthcare or wellness," says Meena Mulpuri, Founder of Nutrition Nest. "You arrive at this remarkable campus surrounded by nature, spanning a ravine with a creek flowing beneath you, and immediately the pace changes. Inside, everything has a purpose. Your diagnostics shape what you eat, and what you learn here follows you home. The therapies, food, movement, and environment are designed to work together. We embraced the opportunity to build something extraordinary from the ground up, and we refused to compromise on the science or the experience. We cannot extend our time, so we wish to give the time we have more life."
The building is as carefully considered as the medicine it holds. Before construction began, every tree on the site was geotagged, and the architecture was drawn around them. Built of mass timber and aligned with the Living Building Challenge, the structure spans a natural ravine, the creek still flowing beneath it. Approximately 100 structurally independent panels of low-iron glass wrap the interior in 360 degrees of daylight, so the forest is present in every room. The building does not sit on the land so much as belong to it.
That sense of connection carries through five spaces, each with its own work to do. It begins in Circadium, where diagnostics and restorative therapies gather around each member's health needs.
There, four pathways organize each member's protocol: ALIVE, PURIFY, CLARITY, and LONGEVITY. Each attends to its own territory of health, and none is treated in isolation. ALIVE tends the foundations: digestion, sleep, hormones, and blood sugar. PURIFY centers on detoxification, immunity, and inflammation. CLARITY covers cognition, mood, heart, and circulation. LONGEVITY focuses on cellular energy, muscle and bone, healthy aging, and skin, supported by advanced red and infrared light therapy, sauna, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy available to members.
The other four spaces carry that protocol into daily life. Aesthetics ties clinical beauty and skin health to the deeper picture of nutrition, biology, and longevity. The Functional Market curates food, supplements, and products aligned with Nutrition Nest's health pathways. Biome puts food as medicine into daily practice through dining and The Experiential Kitchen, and Aviary opens the sanctuary to events, education, and community.
No space stands alone. A finding in diagnostics becomes a recommendation at the table. A therapy practiced in Circadium becomes a habit practiced at home. Members leave with more than results. They leave with a way of living that travels.
"We wish for every person who steps into this space to leave with something lasting," Mulpuri adds. "A feeling. A rekindling of the human spirit we tend to forget, and a return to our roots."
The work at Nutrition Nest draws on specialists across longevity science, clinical nutrition, exercise physiology, aesthetics, and culinary medicine. The team includes Dr. Michael Roizen, Dr. Lindsay Pennington, Emma Wilson, Austin Sang Song, and Executive Chef Aris.

About Preserve Life
Preserve Life is a 1,200-acre longevity estate in Douglasville, Georgia, devoted to two ends: longevity and neuroregeneration. Guided by Dr. Michael Roizen and the RealAge philosophy, it brings the laboratory, the kitchen, the garden, the therapy room, and the guest suite together on one estate, so that the science of measuring a body, the craft of feeding it, and the discipline of restoring it are never separated. Nothing essential is outsourced and nothing vital is left to chance. That intention reaches all the way to the soil: the estate grows its own organic produce in its greenhouse, because purity and closeness to nature are treated as the beginning of nourishment, not an afterthought. And its measure of success is not the transformation a guest achieves on the estate, but what they carry away from it. Habits are taught, understood, and practiced until they become a way of living that continues long after a guest has gone home. Nutrition Nest is the first sanctuary of Preserve Life.
