Rho Launches Incorporation: Form a C Corp or LLC and Apply for a Business Account in One Flow

NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2026
Rho Incorporation gives founders two ways to start: an attorney-reviewed Delaware C corp for $400, or an LLC in all 50 states for $349, each with a Rho business account application in the same signup flow.
NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rho, the modern banking platform built for the AI era, today announced Rho Incorporation, which lets founders form a Delaware C corporation or an LLC directly within the Rho application and apply for a Rho business account in the same flow.
A Delaware C corporation costs $400, including first-year registered agent service, and an LLC costs $349 all-in, including the state filing fee. Rho Incorporation is available now at rho.co/product/incorporation.
"AI is making it possible for one person to build a business that used to require an entire team, but starting that business still involves too much paperwork and waiting around," said Everett Cook, CEO and co-founder of Rho. "We want more people to start companies, and we want Rho to be where they start. That means making it easier to form a company and get your business account application underway in the same place."
How Rho Incorporation works
Founders answer a short questionnaire covering the company name, founder or owner details, and, for C corps, the equity split.
Delaware C corp: $400
Built for founders who plan to raise venture capital. Founders receive the full formation set, including the certificate of incorporation, bylaws, board consents, stock purchase agreements, and 83(b) election support. Registered agent service is included for the first year, and the SS-4 (EIN application) is prepared and submitted on the founder's behalf.
LLC: $349 all-in
Built for founders who don't plan to raise venture capital, including agencies, consultancies, e-commerce shops, creators, and freelancers. The state filing fee is included, and founders can form in any of the 50 states. State approval typically takes two to three business days, depending on the state, and the SS-4 (EIN application) is prepared and submitted on the founder's behalf.
Opening a business account before the EIN arrives
Incorporation and banking normally run in sequence: a company is formed, then waits on its EIN before it can apply for an account. With Rho, the business account application runs in parallel with EIN processing, subject to approval. Banking, invoicing, cards, and bill pay are live the moment the account is approved. Pricing is current as of the date of this release and is subject to change.
Availability is limited to standard LLC formations and standard Delaware C corporation formations. Non-standard equity splits, custom vesting schedules, and board or voting modifications are handled outside the standard flow. Delaware's own processing time varies with the state's queue and has recently run two to four business days.
LLC approval times vary by state. Filing time does not measure EIN issuance or account approval.
The Rho business account is a separate application completed within the same flow and is subject to approval. The IRS issues an EIN immediately for founders with a valid SSN or ITIN, and founders without one should expect additional processing time.
